5 Steps to Indoctrination (Beverly Eakman)

Beverly EakmanBEVERLY EAKMAN’S 5 STEPS TO PSYCHOLOGICAL INDOCTRINATION:

1) Sweep away the subject’s support base

2) Bombard the subject’s senses with a steady diet of conflicting, confusing images and words in order to impair rational thought and discourage reflection.*

3) Once a vacuum has been created, leaving the subject vulnerable and impressionable, lead the subject to the desired ideas, concepts, and beliefs via trained intermediaries.*1

4) Condition the subject through repeated exposure to the “desired” beliefs using a wide variety of formats and activities.*1

5) Test, survey, or analyze market figures to ascertain whether the new beliefs have been internalized and accepted.  If not, “recycle” the subject through the above steps.

Beverly Eakman is an American educator, writer and speaker who co-founded the Nation Education Consortium in 1994.  She is an expert on the propaganda techniques that have been used in American education.

Her work provides an insight into many of the techniques that have been used throughout the past several decades to influence students within our schools to adopt an anti-thought and often anti-American agenda.  The movement from traditional education to what we are seeing taught today has been gradual, steady and deliberate.  And the trend needs to be reversed by revealing the methods people use to control others, and by teaching our kids how to think.

* Note the fast pace and heavy emotional appeal in today’s social media and entertainment.  Do the posts promote independent or in-depth thought or discussion, or provoke an instant emotional or psychological reaction?

*1 Note the constant propaganda being thrown at people, especially young people, today. Note how it is presented, by whom (the popular cultural figures), and the messages promoted about what is good or evil. Note how the “all the cool kids” method is often used — implying that to be a part of the desirable community, one must believe in certain things.  Note the motivations of the purveyors of these messages; they are  often not intended to benefit the people to whom the messages are directed, but to benefit themselves instead.

Grassroots Activists

cloudsThings may look bleak right now.  But there is reason for hope!

Truth and Common Sense……

BREAKING: Maricopa County Elections Officials DELETED ENTIRE DATABASE from Voting Machines – Including “All Election Information” from Main Database — With Copy of Senate Letter (thegatewaypundit.com)

and

Arizona State Rep. Jake Hoffman and Give Update on Maricopa County Audit – YouTube

Watch these quickly as they might not be up for long.  Censorship is the new norm, which is proof that we are no longer living in a free country.  What the article/video are about is further evidence of the same thing. Will we ever see justice again in America?   Will anyone ever be held accountable for the corruption?  Will our votes ever count again?

Rules of Common Sense:

1) You don’t delete databases if there is nothing to hide.

2) You don’t risk breaking the law by deleting databases after being ordered to keep them unless you have something really big to hide.

3) The adage, “say something long enough and loud enough and people will believe it”  has been used to death lately.  In fact, oftentimes it has been accompanied with a  whack-a-mole approach to any idea that might contradict the official narrative.

But hopefully people are starting to get propaganda-weary and are  beginning to think for themselves.

Fun Facts About Truth

Truth is often crushed in totalitarian regimes because oftentimes, especially when the state acts against its people, “truth is the enemy of the state.” (Goebbels)

So, ironically, totalitarian regimes often define their narrative as the official truth. For example, “Pravda,”  the Russian news service, means “truth” in English.  In other words, whatever the state says is true is “true,”  and it calls anything that it doesn’t agree with a lie (if it doesn’t suppress it altogether).

But truth is resilient.  It has reality on its side.   When you give the common man the facts, he will act wisely. (Thomas Jefferson)  This is evident from our system of justice. There are  2 opposing sides, and 2 opposing ideas—prosecution vs. defendant, plaintiff vs. defendant. The system is set up so that each side has the maximum incentive to persuade the jury to see its position as truth.  And out of all of the ideas presented, the “common man”  jury makes the decision.

And usually, the jury makes a wise and just decision.  This is the best system out of all of the systems for arriving at the truth.  Truth has reality on its side.  And so those who love truth or who are not afraid of the truth are advocates of free speech.  They are not afraid of new ideas, including opposing ideas.  Only those who hate truth fear a free marketplace of ideas, because their lie will lose when the truth is exposed.

“Freedom is the freedom to say that 2+2=4,”  wrote Winston Smith in the dystopian novel, 1984.   ” 2+2″   was the first thing ever typed into the world’s first personal computer.  And back then the computer responded with a true answer,  “4.”  That might not happen today, given the totalitarian tendencies of the major tech companies.  In fact, you will probably get censored if you dare to speak an unpopular truth, especially one that would lessen the profits or the power of the elites in charge.

The irony of the new “tolerant liberal” is that they view freedom as a bad thing if you do or even think something that they don’t like.   Even if it is the truth. Nowadays you could  get fired for speaking truth (such as saying that that the value of X+X  is different than the value of X+Y).   A few have been fired for saying that, in fact.  Many ideas today are subject to severe censorship, even in countries that are supposed to be free (like ours).  Only by questioning authority, questioning the narrative, looking to multiple sources (including search engines like Brave and Duck Duck Go) and thinking for yourself can you come to an understanding of the truth today.  Because the mainstream will not make it easy for you to do so.

But there is hope.

As the wise Gandhi said,  “truth is self-sustained.”

And it always wins in the end.

“Whenever I despair, I remember that all through history the way of truth and love have always won.  There have been tyrants and murderers, and for a time, they can seem invincible, but in the end they always fail. Think of it, always.” (Gandhi)

This is What Holiness Looks Like

CALGARY PASTOR ARTHUR PAWLOWSKY deserves the Matt. 5:11 award —for his incredible courage in standing up to a government that tried to shut down his Christian church in Canada on Easter Sunday.  If you check out his Instagram page, at @arthurpawlowskicalgary, this is a man who truly has the heart of Christ — a missionary having served in Africa, he feeds the hungry, helps the homeless, serves the poor, inspires the downtrodden and gives courage to the hopeless, all in the name of Jesus.  He has not shut down his Calvary based church at the behest of a tyrannical government, and apparently it has made the power-mad bureaucrats there quite angry, their health department bureaucrats especially.

arthurpawlowskicalgary

On May 8, 2021, Calgary police arrested the 48 year old pastor, and dragged him by his arms handcuffed behind his back to be placed into jail.  All for worshipping God and inspiring others to do the same.

My understanding is that Canada is not a Communist country, but the actions of the government there are shocking.  This sort of thing is happening all around the world, and laws protecting the rights of the people are being ignored without consequence in the face of arbitrary edicts by leaders who use Covid as an excuse to trample on civil rights.

But history repeats itself. This sort of thing has happened before.  In fact, I attended a conference several years ago that was designed for those in the law enforcement and court related fields.  It was entitled “What You Do Matters; Lessons from the Holocaust.”

The creators of the conference thought it was important to let people know that what happened in WW2 Germany was not all that unusual.  It was surprisingly something that could just as easily happen to us today.   The course cautioned law enforcement and told them how the Holocaust happened because they knew that LE could be complicit in the tyranny of a runaway government in the blink of an eye.  And they knew we’d never believe it.

I appreciated the lessons, but I truly didn’t believe that what happened in Germany could happen today.  We were too civilized, our laws too entrenched, our rights too elucidated and set in stone to be shaken so easily.  Law enforcement and the justice system could never do such things to the people whom they were meant to serve and protect.  We would never even be the “good Germans” who allowed it all to happen without saying a word.  We weren’t capable of that sort of evil.

But now look at what has happened.  In Germany the  Reichstand Fire was the first domino.  It resulted in an emergency decree that crushed everyone’s civil rights and made dictators out of low level bureaucrats. The progression from civility to horror occurred over a very short few years.  Today, Covid is our Reichstad, prompting never ending “emergency decrees” that give unbelievable power to unworthy people, and unfortunately we seem to be following the same trajectory.

It is scary to think where this will end.  Will we have our own concentration camps for Christians and freedom lovers and those who refuse to get an experimental vaccine passport that tracks and controls us all?   That appears to be our future.

I wonder how many of the officers who were dragging that poor man so roughly ever attended church before or ever believed deeply in the reason for going?  If history is repeating itself right now, there may actually have been a few.  And at another time they may have not believed (just as we didn’t)  that they could be capable of doing what they did to a saint today.

I think I need to start posting excerpts from the manual that I kept from that old course, to show how easy it was to go from civilization to tyranny.  But perhaps we all already know by what we’ve seen this year.

May God bless this holy man and protect our world from evil! Please help us, dear Lord, and help dear Pastor Pawlowski! May we once again be able to say we are a nation — a world—blessed because our God is the Lord.
